02/11/16: ACAS Guidance: Stress at Work

For National Stress Awareness Day on 2nd November 2016 ACAS focused on “Workforce Wellness - Your Prime Investment".

They reported that Stress accounts for around 35% of all work related ill health cases and 43% of all working days lost due to ill health. Preventing and dealing with workplace stress is a key skill for managers and employers. Helpful guidance is now available online from ACAS:

New ACAS guidance on mental health “Promoting positive mental health in the workplace” was issued on World Mental Heath Day, 10th October 2017.
